For building this catamaran the
VIP (Vacuum
resin infusion process) method
is used which has been
implemented in shipbuilding since 2002

Hull and deck sections are made with the use of
vacuum resin molding technology and
modern
multiaxial- and 3D-fabrics.
All loaded plates are in addition reinforced by "unidirectional
fiber". For the hull and deck sections sandwich designs are used
filled with Divinycell
and HoneyComb fillers.
The hull and deck sections are protected
(in addition to vacuum infusion)
by a layer of VBC which
prevents osmotic damage of fibreglass.

The vacuum infusion allowed us to build extremely
strong, hard and at the same time light hulls.
The deck section is completely filled with foamed polyurethane
(total volume is more than 600 liters).
